Can I development one product for exclusive sale?
Please kindly provide product specifications and your annual sales quantity, and contact our staff.
What's the lead time and payment terms？
In general, if it's the first time to place an order, it takes 30 days to prepare, and it takes 25 to 30 days for second orders; the standard payment term is a letter of credit at sight, and you can contact to the sales team if you have other needs.
Can you take a large emergency order?
We have a professional job assignment and a set of professional SOP procedures. When dealing with urgent orders, all our standard operating procedures have passed ISO certification, which can better handle urgent orders.
I am a customer and I am interested in your product. How can I buy your product?
Our products are sold all over the world, you can go to our official website to buy and inquire, or directly come to the office. If there are stocks that match your size can be purchased.
Can I modify the size or style for the product?
The mold can be modified before it is completed. Once it is confirmed, if you want to change again, there will be a mold fee for changing.
Can I change color for silicone?
For sure.
If I need international forwarding，do you provide packaging and delivery service?
Yes we do, but will need extra charge.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 48 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
